PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Platinum completed this new Assisted Living Residence in Shrewsbury, MA. The site preparation included the removal of 10,000 cubic yards of ledge to make way for the foundation of the steel framed structure. The project was completed in approximately 17 months with a budget of $17,500,000.
The 80 unit senior care building includes a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for assisted living and memory care residents. The facility includes a variety of common areas: living rooms, library, commercial kitchen, computer room, private dining, entertainment, salon, fitness, recreation, cafes and other amenities.
