PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is a 110,000 sf, $18,000,000 Assisted Living Residence in South Burlington, VT. The facility includes 102 units, a commercial kitchen and extensive common areas.
The services offering include Assisted Living and Memory Care and the amenities include a full-service salon, a commercial laundry room, and a commercial kitchen that services two dining rooms: an open, two-story main dining area and a second dining room for the memory-care wing. Additional common areas include a theater, library, bistro and gym.
Starting with roughly 30,000 cubic yards of rock excavation, the project was completed two months ahead of schedule and approximately 7% under budget.
