Michael Moore
Michael Moore is the Founder and President of Platinum Builders where his responsibilities include financial oversight, business development, and strategic planning. Michael works closely with clients and teams to ensure that projects are being executed with Platinum care. Michael began working for a commercial real estate developer in 1988, where he learned to approach projects with an Owner’s mindset. This practice has been the key to success and remains the foundation upon which Platinum Builders operates. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
Joseph Cirignano
General Superintendent on the Platinum leadership team, Joseph has 25+ years of exceptional experience in commercial, multi-family, assisted-living, residential, life science and hotel projects. Working in a supervisory role in both project and operational business practices, Joe’s forward-thinking mindset, ability to develop and foster constructive working relationships, and comprehensive organizational skills all play a vital role in ensuring his teams and projects are effectively in line with Client goals and objectives. His organizational responsibilities include strategic planning, new business development and team mentoring.

Timothy Rand
Tim joined Platinum as an Assistant Superintendent with a background in business management and experience in commercial and residential projects. Responsible for subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and maintaining a transparent workflow process, Tim’s straightforward approach has earned him the trust of subcontractors and guarantees all project goals are successfully met.
Daniel Daly
Daniel is a talented Superintendent with over 40 years’ experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Specializing in multifamily new construction, renovations and conversion projects, Dan’s organizational, team building and problem-solving strengths, result in on-time project delivery and client satisfaction. Dan’s reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and industry compliance make him a valued member of the Platinum Team. Dan completed an intensive, 5-year Building Trades Apprenticeship program in Killarney, Ireland.
Mario Fuentes
Mario brings hands-on experience in residential and retail projects to his position as Assistant Superintendent. Adept at problem solving, scheduling, code compliance and best practices, Mario brings a proactive mindset to each project. Skilled at working under pressure, his ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude have quickly made him a respected and welcome addition to each team he supports. Mario holds a diploma from the Pioneer Charter School of Science.
Victoria Thurston
Victoria has been with Platinum since 2014 and provides support in all manner of roles that include office management, client communications, accounting, estimating, and marketing. Vicky brings more than 20 years of experience in client/account/product management from a variety of profit and non-profit companies. Her engaging and considerate personality makes her a valued front for the organization. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Emerson College.
Peter Collins
Peter is a 40-year construction professional with a diverse 30-year background in wood-framed residential structures. For the past 10 years, Peter has been involved in a variety of public sector heavy and industrial type projects for the Federal and State government. Beyond his construction experience, Peter holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College and 10 years of experience in municipal government.
Eric Biron
Eric is an ambitious Assistant Superintendent with several years of business management and hands-on work experience in high-profile commercial projects, including multi-unit residential apartments and hotels. An accomplished entrepreneur, Eric’s understanding of project workflow from start to finish, makes him a valuable resource for both clients and the teams he supports. Eric holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tantasqua VHS.
Paul Lach
Paul is a Project Superintendent with experience in commercial and state/federal projects and facilities management. His project experience includes new builds, renovations, and additions. Paul’s background and personality make him a valued member of the project team. His knowledge base includes experienced, hands-on work in electric, HVAC/plumbing, site work and more. Beyond his broad construction experience, Paul is also a volunteer firefighter at the Newington, CT Fire Department.
Anthony Malchiodi
One of our experienced Assistant Project Managers, Anthony has worked on multiple projects including multi-family construction, nursing home renovations, and additions, and more. Anthony’s straightforward approach and creative problem-solving skills make him a valuable addition to any project team. Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Patrick Riordan
With a 30-year background in construction management, Patrick is a well- respected Project Manager with experience in multi-family, residential, assisted living and retail projects. Actively involved in all aspects of the process, including overseeing budget and financial cost control, contracts management, project scheduling and subcontractor compliance, Pat’s emphasis on quality and accountability, collaborative leadership and effective communication skills result in successful project completion and repeat clients.
Kevin Moore
After years of part-time work on job sites, Kevin joined Platinum in 2021. A multi-talented Project Manager, his responsibilities include estimating, buyouts, submittals, RFIs, and scheduling, among other duties. Working primarily in Assisted Living and Multi-Family projects, Kevin is focused on Owners and Subcontractor workflow and communication. Kevin is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and minored in both Energy Engineering and Business.
Nicolas Palin
Nicholas joined Platinum as an Assistant Project Manager in 2024 and has been primarily involved in estimating and managing the bidding process for healthcare renovations and educational projects. With a background in sales and business administration, Nick is focused on building and delivering exceptional services to answer our clients’ specific goals and concerns. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Binghamton University, SUNY, School of Management.
Edward Kaminski
Experienced in creating bid packages, estimating, design, and engineering, Edward Kaminski brings a high level of enthusiasm to his work as an Assistant Supervisor. Eddie’s proactive approach in all aspects of the project cycle makes him a valued team member and an asset to the projects he works on. He brings a broad scope of knowledge with his experience in civil and structural engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from CA State Polytechnic University.
Anthony Mauro
With an extensive background in both residential and commercial construction, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Project Superintendent. Tony has experience managing all field operations of multi-family projects including scheduling, supervising work crews and subcontractors, running safety meetings, and ensuring all project and owner requirements are met. Tony’s attention to detail and understanding of the different facets of construction make him a steady leader and asset to the Platinum Team. Tony holds a BS in General Business from Bentley College.
Alexander Reis, Jr.
Alexander is a dynamic Assistant Superintendent with many years of experience in residential new construction and remodeling, business management and consulting. Alex’s versatile background in client and vendor relations, estimating and leadership training allow him to collaborate closely with his project team and monitor costs throughout the project cycle, ensuring on-budget and timely completion. Alexander holds an associate’s degree in business management from Bristol Community College.
Neil Rissman
Neil joined Platinum as a Superintendent with several years of construction experience ranging from framing and carpentry to coordinating site logistics for multi-family and Town LEED projects. Neil’s collaborative approach, problem solving skill-sets and clear communication positions him to establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, work crews, and subcontractors.Neil holds a Software Engineering Immersive Certificate from General Assembly.
Patrick Benson
Prior to joining Platinum, Patrick worked as a Project and Installation Manager for a residential remodeling firm, overseeing all aspects of the project workflow cycle, from contract negotiations through to closeout. In his current role as Project Manager, Patrick utilizes his experience and strong work ethic to successfully manage bid packages, project estimating and buyouts, and coordinate contracts, RFIs and submittals for many of our repeat clients. Patrick’s easy-going nature and sharp intellect make him a valued member of the Platinum team. Patrick holds a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Albany.
