Michael Moore
Michael Moore is the Founder and President of Platinum Builders where his responsibilities include financial oversight, business development, and strategic planning. Michael works closely with clients and teams to ensure that projects are being executed with Platinum care. Michael began working for a commercial real estate developer in 1988, where he learned to approach projects with an Owner’s mindset. This practice has been the key to success and remains the foundation upon which Platinum Builders operates. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clarkson University.
Joseph Cirignano
As General Superintendent on the Platinum Builders leadership team, Joe brings over 25 years of exceptional experience in commercial, multifamily, assisted living, residential, life science, and hotel projects. In both project supervision and operational leadership, his forward-thinking approach, strong relationship-building skills, and comprehensive organizational expertise ensure that teams and projects align seamlessly with client goals. Joe’s responsibilities include strategic planning, new business development, and team mentoring, all of which contribute to the continued success of Platinum Builders.

Neil Rissman
Neil Rissman joined Platinum Builders as a Superintendent, bringing several years of hands-on construction experience, including framing, carpentry, and coordinating site logistics for multifamily and LEED-certified town projects. His collaborative approach, problem-solving skills, and clear communication enable him to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, work crews, and subcontractors. Neil also holds a software engineering immersive certificate from General Assembly, adding a unique technical perspective to his role.
Paul Lach
Paul is an experienced Project Superintendent with a background in commercial, state, and federal projects, as well as facilities management. His project portfolio includes new builds, renovations, and additions, providing a broad range of expertise. Paul’s hands-on experience spans electric, HVAC/plumbing, site work, and more, making him a valuable asset to any project team. Beyond his construction expertise, Paul is also a dedicated volunteer firefighter with the Newington, CT Fire Department.
Mario Fuentes
Mario brings hands-on experience in residential and retail construction to his role as an Assistant Superintendent. Skilled in problem-solving, scheduling, code compliance, and best practices, he takes a proactive approach to every project. His ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with a positive attitude has quickly made him a valued and respected team member. Mario holds a diploma from the Pioneer Charter School of Science.
Kevin Moore
Kevin joined Platinum Builders in 2021 after gaining hands-on experience through years of part-time work on job sites. As a versatile Project Manager, he oversees estimating, buyouts, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and project coordination. Specializing in Assisted Living and Multi-Family developments, Kevin is committed to optimizing owner and subcontractor workflows while ensuring clear and efficient communication. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University, with minors in energy engineering and business.
Patrick Benson
Before joining Platinum Builders, Patrick served as a Project and Installation Manager for a residential remodeling firm, where he managed the full project lifecycle—from contract negotiations to closeout. Now, as a Project Manager at Platinum, he leverages his experience and strong work ethic to oversee bid packages, project estimating, and buyouts while coordinating contracts, RFIs, and submittals for many of our repeat clients. Patrick’s combination of a sharp intellect and approachable demeanor makes him a valuable asset to the Platinum team. He holds a bachelor of science in computer science from SUNY Albany.
Edward Kaminski
Edward Kaminski brings a high level of enthusiasm and expertise to his role as an Assistant Supervisor. With experience in bid package creation, estimating, design, and engineering, he takes a proactive approach to every stage of the project cycle, making him a valuable asset to both his team and the projects he supports. Edward’s background in civil and structural engineering further enhances his ability to contribute effectively. He holds a bachelor of science in architectural engineering from California State Polytechnic University.
Peter Collins
Peter is a seasoned construction professional with 40 years of experience, including a 30-year focus on wood-framed residential structures. Over the past 10 years, he has expanded his expertise to include a variety of public sector heavy and industrial projects for both Federal and State government. In addition to his extensive construction background, Peter holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Fitchburg State College and brings 10 years of experience in municipal government.
James Dombrowski
James joined Platinum Builders as a Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in multifamily residential, renovation, education, and government projects. His expertise spans cost estimation, proposal and contract preparation, procurement, budget management, scheduling, and quality control. With a steady approach and deep industry knowledge, James is a valuable asset to both clients and project teams. He holds a bachelor of science in construction management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Paula Martin
As an experienced Assistant Project Manager, Paula Martin has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including multifamily developments, educational facilities, lab-science buildings, and public works. She brings expertise in project scheduling, material procurement, cost control, and budget reporting. Paula’s meticulous approach—from the critical bidding process through final inspection—ensures cost savings, operational efficiencies, and added value for every project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural design from the complutense university of Madrid.
Patrick Riordan
With over 30 years of experience in construction management, Patrick is a highly respected Project Manager with a proven track record in multi-family, residential, assisted living, and retail projects. He is actively involved in all aspects of project execution, including budget oversight, financial cost control, contract management, scheduling, and subcontractor compliance. Pat’s commitment to quality, accountability, and collaborative leadership—combined with his strong communication skills—ensures successful project completion and long-standing client relationships.
Nicolas Palin
Nicolas joined Platinum Builders as an Assistant Project Manager in 2024, bringing a strong background in sales and business administration. He plays a key role in estimating and managing the bidding process for healthcare renovations and educational projects, ensuring precision and competitiveness in project proposals. Committed to delivering exceptional service, Nicolas focuses on understanding and addressing clients’ specific goals and concerns throughout the construction process. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Binghamton University, SUNY, School of Management.
Alexander Reis, Jr.
Alexander is a versatile Assistant Superintendent with extensive experience in residential new construction, remodeling, business management, and consulting. His strong background in client and vendor relations, estimating, and leadership training enables him to work closely with project teams while effectively monitoring costs throughout the project cycle. His proactive approach helps ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Alexander holds an associate’s degree in business management from Bristol Community College.
Anthony Mauro
With a deep-rooted background in both residential and commercial construction, Tony brings invaluable expertise to his role as Project Superintendent at Platinum Builders. He oversees all field operations for multi-family projects, managing scheduling, supervising work crews and subcontractors, leading safety meetings, and ensuring strict adherence to project and owner requirements. Tony’s keen attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of construction processes make him a dependable leader and a vital asset to the Platinum team. He holds a bachelor of science in general business from Bentley College.
Timothy Rand
Tim joined Platinum Builders as an Assistant Superintendent, bringing a strong foundation in business management along with hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction. He plays a key role in subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and maintaining a clear and efficient workflow. Known for his straightforward approach, Tim has built strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring transparency and the successful achievement of project goals.
Victoria Thurston
Since joining Platinum Builders in 2014, Victoria Thurston has been a vital part of the team, providing support across office management, client communications, accounting, estimating, and marketing. With over 20 years of experience in client, account, and product management across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise. Her engaging and thoughtful approach makes her a valued representative of the organization. Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Emerson College.
