PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Platinum has been selected to construct this 245-unit market-rate apartment project in Saugus, MA. LeCesse Development of Altamonte Springs, FL selected Platinum as the builder of this $55,000,000 project consisting of luxury apartments, an expansive clubhouse, a pool deck, detached garages and many amenities. The studio, and one to two-bedroom apartments will utilize open floor plans that are designed with high-quality finishes including gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wood plank-style flooring, nine-foot ceilings, and walk-in closets in every bedroom. Construction started in the Spring of 2022 and is anticipated to complete in the Spring of 2024.
