PROJECT DESCRIPTION
LeCesse Development of Altamonte Springs, FL selected Platinum to build this $47,000,000 luxury community complex in Merrimack, NH. The single, 4-story building was built upon an at-grade podium, with a heated parking structure and the 224 residential units are a combination of studio and 1–2-bedroom apartments.

Each spacious apartment utilizes an open floor plan, designed with top-of-the-line finishes including gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, wood plank style flooring and nine-foot ceilings. Each bedroom contains a walk-in closet, and all apartments are equipped with zoned AC/Heat and smart home technology. Each unit also has a private balcony.
Sitework included building a luxury pool/sauna with cabanas, firepits with seating, a separate summer kitchen with grilling areas, plus a 1-story resort-style clubhouse that utilizes CCTV and contains a fitness center, pet spa, game lounge, community room with gourmet kitchen and separate work zones with a cybercafé. Landscaped outdoor spaces and designated parking areas completed the project.
Construction began in Spring 2021 and was finished in Spring 2023.
