PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Platinum Builders completed a $3,000,000 renovation of a recently acquired Assisted Living facility in Reading, MA. Renovations included the conversion of a wing for memory care, a renovation of the 1st floor common spaces, relocation of the main entrance with a new handicap accessible driveway and upgrades to all 83 unit kitchens and bathrooms.
The facility remained fully occupied throughout the multi-phased renovation and was completed in approximately 8 month.
