PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Riverwalk at Bedford is a 62 unit 110,000 sf active adult condominium 55+ community in Bedford, NH. Platinum served as the Construction Manager for this project as well as a Development Partner. Our services included coordinating all entitlement, design, engineering, sales, marketing and all construction activities. The shell, common areas and pre-sold units were completed in under 18 months with a value of approximately $13,500,000.
The community offers luxury style living with concierge services and amenities. The building includes an underground heated parking garage, state of the art fitness center, commercial kitchen, dining area, wellness center, billiards room, movie theater and a large library/computer center.
The existing conditions presented challenges with ledge on one end of the building and unsuitable soils on the other. With creativity and collaboration with the geo-tech engineer, the Platinum team was able to minimize cost and maintain schedule.
