Private Client, Lincoln, MA
Platinum was contracted to design/build additions and renovations to this high-end residence in Lincoln, MA. The upscale project included managing all design, construction, custom finishes and A/V systems, equipment and furniture. The landscape portion of the project included a cobble stone lined auto-court, new granite and paver entry way and patio with granite arches and columns. The interior work included a new study and master suite, plus renovating the living room and dining rooms using high-end cherry paneling and trim throughout. The approximate project value was $2,000,000.

Platinum completed this real estate development project consisting of the design/build of a single-family residence in Needham, MA. The work began with abatement and demolition of an existing structure and site prep, including tree removal. The 4,600 sq ft residence has 5 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, including luxury master suite. Each private bathroom was designed with custom tilework and wood finishes, adding a unique element to the project. The residence includes an open-concept chef’s kitchen with marble finishes, a media room with custom cabinetry and gas fireplace, living room, dining room with wainscoting and a finished mudroom. Adding a farmer’s porch and stone walkway completed the front entrance. Completed in 9 months, the home sold for $1,385,000.

Platinum completed this real estate development project consisting of the design, construction and sale of a single-family residence in Needham, MA. The 3 story 4,500 sq ft home, plus 2-car garage, hosts 5 bedrooms and 3-1/2 luxury baths, including master suite, a gourmet open concept kitchen with high end finishes, separate family and living rooms and a finished mudroom. The project included demolishing an existing building, site work and prep, managing new construction and when the final site landscaping completed, the home sold immediately for $1,350,000.

The project consisted of a high-end kitchen renovation, master suite addition and modernizing the rest of the residence. The home was owner-occupied for the majority of the construction schedule.
